In 5 days, the Agricultural Committee of the California Assembly will debate whether to pass our bill, AB 1810 (Levine), the Seed Exchange Democracy Act. The bill clarifies that state law shouldn't treat seed libraries and exchanges the same way it treats commercial seed companies.
